Gymnastic Rings Ceiling Mount

Hang your Gymnastic Rings from this ceiling mounted system to allow ample head room for the Muscle Up.  Although the rings can be mounted temporarily to a Wall or Ceiling mounted Pullup Bar, this separate mounting system allows your Gymnasrics Rings to hang in you gym ready to go every time you walk in.  And, more importantly, the ring mount system does not get in the way when you execute a muscle up.

Simple to install, this ring mounting system attaches to concealed or exposed joists in your garage or basement easily [hardware not included].  The 34" long x 2" wide tube steel has both ends welded closed for extra strength.  The ring eyes are properly spaced at 20" apart and are smooth steel to keep your straps from fraying.

Product Update!  We've upgraded our Gymnastics Rings Hanger to make it even better.  First, we've spun the eyes so that the rings will now hang in the proper position for Muscle Ups and Ring Dips.  Next, we've beefed up the eyes to a full 3/8" diameter.  And we've also flattened the bottom of the U-Bolt to keep your straps riding smoothly, without bunching.  Lastly, the flatt bottom eyes are now wide enough so that the 1-1/2" strap rides flat.  Whew!!  A few simple design changes that make a great product better.
