1. Your response to my request for a quote. You responded very quickly and professionally. You were the only company that was remotely interested in talking with me. I am in the business of sales and I know that response time matters. For me the fact that you wanted to discuss my request and weigh the different options out with me meant a lot. It seemed like you actually cared about making sure that you got me the right equipment and not just making the sale. I really appreciate that personal touch. It makes a big difference being treated like you matter. You guys treated me like I was spending a million dollars from day one and that made a huge difference.
2 It was not one thing that made me want to go with you guys it was your service across the board. I honestly would have paid [more] because of the way you treated me throughout this process. ...I think that people will go with you because you treat them like people, not like order # 1674.
