These are the reasons I decided to do business with you guys.
1. Your response to my request for a quote. You responded very quickly and professionally. You were the only company that was remotely interested in talking with me. I am in the business of sales and I know that response time matters. For me the fact that you wanted to discuss my request and weigh the different options out with me meant a lot. It seemed like you actually cared about making sure that you got me the right equipment and not just making the sale. I really appreciate that personal touch. It makes a big difference being treated like you matter. You guys treated me like I was spending a million dollars from day one and that made a huge difference.
2 It was not one thing that made me want to go with you guys it was your service across the board. I honestly would have paid [more] because of the way you treated me throughout this process. ...I think that people will go with you because you treat them like people, not like order # 1674. You know what I mean? Basically I knew that I could get equipment anywhere in the country and pretty much get the same quality in equipment from everyone I talked to. I knew that everyone swears by [Competitor A and B] and I knew that no matter what I was going to go with one of those companies coming into this because I could trust in the "brand". You guys won me over right out of the gate. I appreciate your customer service and willingness to respond again and again. I've barraged your company with emails from day one and you've responded multiple times a day to me, I like that kind of treatment. I want to get an answer to my questions and you have given them to me. Bottom line across the board you are hands down the best I've dealt with so far.
